We had a great meal here.. we had the mussels and calamari..delicious..and a good wine...that pushes the price up.
First time there. Had an awesome Philly Steak sandwich & fries for lunch. Excellent service. Place was busy as all get out with locals so that in itself speaks volumes! I will be back for sure!
The fried calamari isn't pleasing to the eye but omg it was THE BEST I EVER HAD...my husband & I was hesitant to order it but glad we did, we almost order a 2nd. He had the lemon pepper wings, he said they were good. I had the Gorgonzola Bacon Burger. It was juicy; and savory. Best burger I've ever tasted and I'm picky about my burgers. The fries were cooked to perfection and I don't even eat those kind of fries but they way they were prepared was to perfection. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Also our waitress was super nice.
Service was great, I love to go to any place that allows pets, so the pet friendly patio added a nice touch, and they genuinely love dogs. The food was fantastic and would definitely go back. The entire experience was great.
I must say, this place is always packed with people. Whether I visit for lunch or dinner, I consistently find it full. The service here is good, and we always order the calamari, which never disappoints. I come here often, and I know I can always count on having a pleasant meal. As a sports bar, you’ll find plenty of TVs throughout the area, making it a great spot to catch a game."
We recently hosted a company event at Fred's for about 20 of us, and honestly, it was a really smooth and enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The food was a definite highlight. We ordered a variety of dishes, and everything was delicious, but a few really stood out. The grilled calamari was cooked to perfection—tender, not rubbery at all, with a lovely char. The pizzas were a hit, with fresh toppings and a great crust. And the wings? Those were just fantastic, perfectly seasoned and cooked. Everyone was raving about them. But what truly made the evening special was the service. It wasn't just efficient; it was genuinely friendly and helpful. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience at Fred's. It's safe to say we'll be considering them for future events. Thank you to the whole team for making our evening such a success!
I've gone here a handful of times. The last time was for a leafs playoff game. They were packed! The service, attention, and quality of food did not skip a beat. We were very impressed and grateful for how efficient the staff was, and on point! Highly recommend.
This place has probably the best wings around in the GTA that I've had!!!! This is my go to place in mississauga, the food is just great here, doesn't disappoint... the grilled calamari is fantastic!!!! Doesn't matter what you order on the menu, it's all great!
